COUNTRY ON THE BAY Postponed to 2022 Due to COVID-19

TOBY KEITH RECONFIRMS & JOHNNY REID JOINS 2022 LINEUP

April 6, 2021 (Thunder Bay, ON) – COUNTRY ON THE BAY 2021 has made the difficult decision to postpone the festival to 2022,
due to the COVID-19 pandemic and government recommendations.

The inaugural COUNTRY ON THE BAY three-day music festival was scheduled to take place in 2020 at Marina Park in Thunder Bay, ON,
and due to COVID-19 was postponed to 2021. Today, the partners and organizers of the event, Rob Waloschuk of Dauphin’s Countryfest
and David Allen of Red Neck Productions have decided to make the painful decision to postpone the festival to July 22-24 2022.

“We continue to work with government authorities but the uncertainty of restrictions for events in 2021 presents too large of a risk.”
said David Allen. Rob Waloschuk agrees, and based on the overwhelming interest and support since the initial announcement of the festival,
anticipates that 2022 will be a long-awaited celebration. “We are confident our customers will bring boatloads
of enthusiasm with them when the anchor drops at Marina Park for COUNTRY ON THE BAY 2022.”

The organizers of the event are thrilled to announce that Toby Keith and Johnny Reid are confirmed to perform at the 2022 festival.
