THUNDER CITY SPEEDWAY

Thunder City Speedway has opened up their racetrack again to be a campground during the weekend of #countryonthebay2023

Here are the details and please keep in mind this is not OUR campground but we do want to let people know that there is an option once again for camping with the speedway!

• Minimum 2 Weekend Country on the Bay ticket purchase per each site booking
• Provide name that tickets are booked under (or both names if they were booked separately)
• Paying for a campsite also entitles the campers to attend events at Thunder City Speedway during the weekend of the festival without any additional charges

• Price is $150 PLUS HST per site, payable via e-transfer to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• Shuttles will be provided to and from the Fort William Historical Park throughout the duration of the festival - you must show your wristband in order to use the shuttle.
• Campsites are not confirmed until payment is received and a confirmation email is sent back to the person booking – please allow up to one week for confirmation
• Campers will be parked in the order that they arrive as campsites will not be selected ahead of time (if you want to camp next to someone then you need to arrive together)
• 2x Shuttle Wristbands per Campsite purchase given upon entry of the site.
• Washrooms will be available on-site
• By booking a site, all campers and anyone else entering releases Thunder City Speedway and any other property owner from any and all liability
• At the discretion of Thunder City Speedway, campers may be asked to leave at any time
• Violence, theft or excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time
• A maximum of one vehicle will be permitted to park at each site
• No recreational vehicles of any kind will be permitted in the campground
• Quiet generators may be used, but exhaust must be pointed away from any sleeping areas
• Patrons are permitted to bring their campers in beginning on Friday July 21 at 8:00am and must be off site by Monday July 24 at 12:00pm
• All people entering the campground must show their valid Country on the Bay ticket/wristband and photo ID in order to enter the site
• Anyone without a valid ticket or wristband will not be granted entry into the campground
