Volunteers - Country On The Bay

This form must be completed as an application to volunteer at the upcoming Country on the Bay concert in Thunder Bay. The event is scheduled for July 21-23. Shifts will be between 6 and 8 hours in length and we are hopeful that volunteers are able to provide a minimum of 2 shifts each.
